  • Former College Basketball Athlete
  • Our Fitness is important and something we should all enjoy. My aim is to create a fun and positive experience for clients, as well as using the best of my 10+ years experience in the fitness industry to help clients achieve their goals.

Cody Harms – Personal Trainer

  • Have had a passion for sports, exercise, and fitness my whole life
  • Experience with modifying training sessions for clients of all ability levels
  • Experience with clients with goals of weight loss, overall fitness, strength, and athletic performance
  • Stresses balance and variety of training styles, but will utilize specificity of training to reach individual goals
